🌿Through the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, we’ll embrace the fresh energy of spring—shedding what no longer serves us and making space for new possibilities. Just as nature emerges from winter’s rest, this sound bath will support you in feeling refreshed, inspired, and open to the unfolding of the season.
⭐️We’ll provide mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Come as you are, ready to relax, reset, and step into spring with clarity and intention.
